Job purpose: This job will exclusively focus on managing IT / Technical requirements for MNCs / Start-ups / GICs. This role requires working hands on critical roles at the client organizations. Job Responsibilities: Assist various customers build their world class tech teams around, Data Science, Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain, Digital, Product Engineering & Embedded Technologies. Client & Stakeholder Management. Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery. Responsible for managing the client & their expectations. Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment. Experience and Soft Skills Required : Must have good understanding of latest technology hiring trends. Demonstrable track record of successfully managing the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes the ability to develop clients and build a pipeline of candidates. Thereby, managing entire process. Hands on experience on various job portals used for sourcing. Strong understanding of the key metrics to track in the recruiting process. Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills. Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
